1. Order Cancellation
- Since we process and dispatch bulk wholesale shipments quickly, orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
- Once the order is packed and dispatched from our manufacturing unit/warehouse, no cancellations will be accepted.
- To request a cancellation, please email us or contact us at our whatsapp number or fill contact form with your Order ID.
2. Returns & Damages (Wholesale Clause)
- As a wholesale manufacturer, we maintain strict quality control. Returns are only accepted if the garments have clear manufacturing defects or if you received the wrong items/sizes.
- You must inspect the bulk shipment upon delivery. Any complaints regarding manufacturing defects or missing items must be reported within 4 days of receiving the delivery, along with unboxing photos or videos.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return request for defective items is approved by our team, the refund will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the damaged products at our warehouse.
- Refund Mode: The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment mode used during the purchase (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI). No cash or manual transfers will be done.
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be credited to the original payment mode within 5-7 working days from the date of return approval, as per standard banking timelines.
